YouTube and website flypaper

YouTube logoGetting people to stay on your website once they have arrived just got a boost from [tag]YouTube[/tag]. By adding several options to the final frame of YouTube [tag]videos[/tag] embedded in your website or blog, visitors are encouraged to stay and watch.

At the end of the video, your visitors can click on a “URL” link to get the address of your video to email to their friends. You just click the “copy URL to clipboard” button and paste it into an email. There is also an “Embed” button that let’s your visitor copy the code to embed the video in their website or blog.

Another great feature is the “related videos” links. Using the keywords that you entered when you posted the video, YouTube searches for related videos to highlight in a familiar “filmstrip” across the bottom of the embedded video. Clicking a thumbnail starts the new video in the same frame on your website. Our sister site at BobStovall.com made a special video to show you what YouTube did and how it could benefit you. You can see it by clicking here now.
